Deposit may be required in the amount of $25 or more. A minimum of 12 hours advance notice is required to reschedule. A reminder, either the day before or the morning of your scheduled appointment, may be sent but it is ultimately your responsibility. If you miss your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
